Melika Nariman | attorney

Melika has been working at Dikhoff van Dongen Advocaten since 2023. Before joining Dikhoff van Dongen Advocaten, Melika worked as a lawyer at a law firm specialising in IP and ICT law in The Hague. Before entering the legal profession, she gained extensive experience as Legal Counsel at a fintech company, a university and Dutch film products.

Melika completed her bachelor’s degree in Dutch law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She then followed the master’s in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. During her master’s she obtained a Copyright X certificate from Harvard Law School. She also successfully completed the postgraduate specialisation course in Information Law at the Grotius Academy in 2020. Furthermore, Melika holds the following certificates in the field of privacy: CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist) and CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe).

Melika specialises in intellectual property law, IT law and privacy. She was sworn in as a lawyer by the District Court of The Hague in January 2022.
