Quick Scan

Novice artists can have their agreements quickly assessed by us via a so-called Quick Scan. The agreement is assessed on key points and advice is given on possible areas for improvement.

This is not limited to the legal aspects. The advice also addresses royalty fees or percentages negotiated by the offering party. The artist then does the negotiations himself. It is of course also possible for Dikhoff Van Dongen Advocaten to conduct negotiations at the applicable hourly rates. The Quick Scan, however, is offered for a fixed amount per agreement.

How does the Quick Scan work?

The agreement is analyzed on key points and the resulting advice is discussed by telephone. Please note: a Quick Scan is not the same as a full assessment of an agreement.

Any agreement can be submitted. Because the title of an agreement does not always match the content, Dikhoff Van Dongen Advocaten determines in advance which type of agreement it concerns. It may happen that Dikhoff Van Dongen Advocaten cannot assess an agreement. For example, when the offered agreement has previously been drawn up by a lawyer from Dikhoff Van Dongen Advocaten or when the provider of the agreement is a client of Dikhoff Van Dongen Advocaten.

All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT and 6% office costs. Price changes are subject to change. The above list and prices apply to Dutch-language agreements. For English-language agreements, a surcharge of €50 per agreement applies. All Quick Scans are only carried out on the basis of full payment in advance and in accordance with the general terms and conditions used by Dikhoff Van Dongen Advocaten. The general terms and conditions include a limitation of liability.
