Corporate Law

We are the only media and entertainment focused niche firm in the Netherlands with a strong focus on corporate law, partly due to the corporate Zuidas background of Sander Dikhoff (both law and notarial) and Vera Nederpelt. We have over 25 years of experience in acquisitions and shareholder agreements.

New businesses and internal relationships

The term corporate law should be taken to mean matters relating to the establishment and internal regulation of relations within companies. This may involve companies with limited liabilty (such as B.V.’s and vof’s), but also partnerships, foundations and associations.

We frequently deal with the drafting of shareholder agreements. Practice shows that when beginning a cooperation, it’s very important to make clear agreements about the division of control, money and responsibilities and what happens in case of exits, be it voluntary or forced in case of disputes, illness or death.
