Sjaak Pleiter has been practicing law for over 40 years, in general civil law practice, in various partnerships. Clients know him as solution-oriented, accessible and persistent. Together with the client he makes an effort to creatively achieve a successful result, without neglecting the solid manual work. Colleagues appreciate him for his knowledge, skill and experience in many areas of civil law. Novices to the profession may encounter him as a trainer in the education programmes for lawyers.

Through his years of experience as a lawyer and mediator, Sjaak can quickly see through his client’s questions to reach a solid and appropriate solution together with the client.
Sjaak is registered in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association as main areas of law: General Practice, Labor Law and Rent Law. By virtue of this registration he is obliged to obtain ten training points in each registered main area of law every calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
